Mills Heirlooms respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what your choices are, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Last updated: November 2026.
What we collect
When you shop, enquire or join our mailing list, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, order details, and messages you send us. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us. Our website platform, Squarespace, also collects technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited.
Why we collect it
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, communicate with you about your purchase, answer your questions, meet our legal obligations (including those that apply to registered dealers in precious stones and metals), and, with your consent, send you news about new arrivals.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services needed to run the shop: our payment provider, shipping couriers, our website and email platforms, and where required by law, regulators or authorities. We do not sell your personal information.
Marketing emails
We send marketing emails only if you have signed up or agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to make the shop work, remember your cart, and understand how visitors use the site.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, including for record keeping.
Overseas transfers
Some of our service providers store data outside Singapore. We take reasonable steps to make sure your information stays protected when it is transferred.

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to its use, by contacting us.
