These terms apply to every purchase from this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are
This website is operated by Mills Heirlooms Pte Ltd trading as Mills Heirlooms, of 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 Singapore. Contact us at carolyn@millsheirlooms.com. We are registered as a regulated dealer in precious stones, precious metals and precious products with the Registrar of Regulated Dealers in Singapore.

Prices and currency
All prices are shown in SGD. Prices include GST. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.

One-of-a-kind pieces
Most items are unique and available in a quantity of one. If two customers order the same piece at the same time, we will honour the first completed order and contact the other customer with a full refund.

Orders
Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email that your payment has been received and the piece is reserved for you. We may cancel an order if a piece is no longer available or if we suspect fraud, and we will refund you in full.

Payment
We accept credit card and PAYNOW. Payment is taken in full at checkout unless you have arranged layaway with us.

Descriptions and photos
We take care to describe each piece accurately, as set out on our Antique and Estate Jewellery page. Measurements and weights are approximate.

Shipping and returns
These are governed by our Shipping and Returns Policy, Returns and Refunds page.

Ownership and risk
Ownership of the piece passes to you when we receive full payment. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under Singapore law, including consumer protection law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
